How does an author publish an Open Access article?

When submitting a manuscript, the author selects his/hers institution. We strongly recommend using an institutional e-mail address, as this will allow NTK/CzechELib to verify author eligibility at a later stage.

Authors from institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences: select your specific institute, rather than the option "Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Author Ringgold ID: 48311".

Upon acceptance, the author is informed in the Journal Publishing Agreement Assistant that her/his institution is party to an agreement with the ACS to publish in Open Access mode. Here the author has an option to select “Yes, I wish to publish open access as per the agreement.”
