Jiří Burgstaller informed members of the Steering Committee on the state of public tenders. He stated that the deadline for signing Agreements on Provision and Availability of EIRs for member institutions was set to 4 June. He further pointed out that it is necessary to watch the contribution level of member institutions during payments of invoices to EIR providers. This is because according to the statement of the Managing Authority of the OP VVV it is not possible to use the grant for payment of the contribution of the member institutions to individual EIR providers.
Martin Svoboda highlighted the positive approach of the Association of Libraries Czech Universities in discussions about Agreements on Provision and Availability of EIRs and their subsequent additions. Similarly, according to J. Burgstaller, cooperation with the Council of Higher Education Institutions is successful, with the participation of representatives of the project planned for the 5th board meeting (21 June).
The members of the Steering Committee were informed about the forthcoming meeting of representatives of the member institutions with the CzechELib project management. The meeting will take place on 25 June at the premises of NTK.
