How does an author publish an Open Access article?

When submitting a manuscript, a corresponding author must use an institutional email address. Eligible domains are listed as part of the transformative agreement: fzu.cz; muni.cz; mendelu.cz; eli-beams.eu, eli-beams.cz, eli-laser.eu; cuni.cz; upol.cz; upce.cz; iic.cas.cz; jh-inst.cas.cz; imc.cas.cz; uochb.cas.cz; vscht.cz; vutbr.cz, vut.cz. The system should also correctly recognize subdomains.

The author will receive a link to the system where the article license can be selected in the email announcing the acceptance. The system should automatically recognize the author’s eligibility for free OA publishing. We recommend choosing a CC BY license.
