How does an author publish an Open Access article?

When submitting a manuscript, a corresponding author must use an institutional e-mail address (domains are listed as part of the transformative agreement: fzu.cz; muni.cz; mendelu.cz; eli-beams.eu, eli-beams.cz, eli-laser.eu; cuni.cz; upol.cz; upce.cz; iic.cas.cz; jh-inst.cas.cz; imc.cas.cz; uochb.cas.cz; vscht.cz; vutbr.cz, vut.cz. The system should also correctly recognize subdomains.)

In the e-mail announcing the acceptance of an article, the author receives a link to the system where he/she selects the article license. The system should automatically recognise the permission for free “Gold Open Access” publishing and offer this option to the author. We recommend choosing a CC-BY license.
